Graffiti, vandalism, property maintenance and housing code violations breed serious crime.  Neighborhoods in decline are mushrooming throughout our county presenting the biggest threat to what once made Gwinnett great. Rosanna is committed to quick and effective enforcement of laws and codes that affect our quality of life.  She has initiated a Quality of Life Task Force joining with police, community and government agencies, and the courts to create a coordinated response targeted directly at cleaning up at-risk neighborhoods and stopping the spread of blight across our communities.
