The citizens of Gwinnett are entitled to effective and efficient government operations.  This requires the best possible leadership from their elected officials.  Rosanna is committed to being a responsible steward of the public trust.  During her tenure as Chief Assistant, the office has operated under budget each year, and last year cut their budget by 14% without sacrificing services by using available resources to their fullest and cutting out waste. She has worked to fast track jail cases  to further save tax payer dollars, and has established programs benefitting crime victims and police officers that are paid for by offenders, not taxpayers.
